Industrial Renewable Systems Installation

Green-First Technologies Inc. in partnership with Jens Transport CC (Na) provides global services for comprehensive renewable energy installations for micro, medium and mega-project industrial applications providing both electricity and heat/air-conditioning systems.

The following general features outline considerations regarding industrial installations as applicable:

  • 1. Independent stand-alone electrical systems ranging from 10 KW/H – 60 MW/H systems utilizing both PV-solar and wind turbine (where applicable) technology designed so as to supply 95-98% of daily power needs to applied industrial complex
  • 2. 2-5% of power needs unable to be supplied through renewable energy production (i.e. weather conditions) is supplied through high-efficiency, quiet-operating Cummings diesel generators for guaranteed power availability year-round
  • 3. All system components are installed in consideration of industrial complex usage, such as non-reflective solar panels to prevent flight navigation distraction, buried high voltage cable for safety, etc.
  • 4. Long-term post-installation multi-year adjustable maintenance contract togenerally equivalent to 33% of present electrical consumption cost if incurred through usage of conventional electrical grid prices, price indexed to annual national inflation rate
  • 5. Competitive initial system installation quotes based on total annual electrical requirement coupled with surge power capacity
  • 6. Optional dual-inverter technology facilitating resale of excess renewable energy produced during optimal weather and low consumption conditions while maintaining total electrical autonomy
  • 7. 30-minute or less instantaneous response time to emergency service calls in the unlikely event of main system failure, with emergency back-up systems incorporated in system for vital services continuity

Starting your Project:

The following steps summarize the procedure to follow for serious industrial systems requests:

Begin by sending us an email with "industrial system" in the subject line or contact us and explain your industrial system request.

Provide a summary of the following information to the best of your knowledge:

  • Type of project site (example: airport, shopping complex, solar farm, etc.)
  • Main electrical loads (example: lighting, conveyors, air conditioning, etc.)
  • Location of project (city, country)
  • Annual average electrical consumption in National currency from local electrical grid
  • Heating, cooling, and hot water required yes/no with building size in sq. meters
  • Grid tie or autonomous (stand-alone) system, or combination?
  • Preferred completion date, completion of phases, etc
  • Duration (in years) of full maintenance plan requirement

Once we have as much of the above information as you can provide, we will schedule a site assessment by our engineers.

Please note that the site assessment is conducted following payment in full for the site assessment fee. The site assessment fee is deducted from the total cost of the project once the project contract is awarded.

Following the site assessment, you are given a tentative written proposal outlining:

  • Required infrastructure, PV panels, wind turbines, geo-thermal heating/cooling units, on-site backup generators
  • Land area requirement, building rooftop usage, vertical displacement of turbines (if applicable)
  • Safety measures and project functionality considerations
  • National, Provincial-State, Municipal codes and standards considerations if applicable
  • Cost of project phases, final project cost, and completion deadlines
  • Full system maintenance plan outline, annual cost, and duration

The proposal will be drafted as close as possible to your expectations and requirements, focussing on performance, reliability, cost practicality and safety.

The proposal may have to be modified several times until a final plan, meeting your expectations while being workable for a reliable and functional end result.

Beginning the Installation

Once the contract is signed and payment for the first phase is received, Green-First Technologies Inc. will commence professional installation of required systems as outline in the contract agreement.

Green-First employs a combination of foreign and local manpower, abides to all required National and local regulations, and takes full responsibility of the functionality and performance of the project.

Green-First selects installation components as required for project completion focussing on the most reliable and functional component manufacturers. Green-First will manufacture and/or oversee the manufacture of specialized components where necessary.

Completion and Maintenance of Installation

Upon completion of the project installation, Green-First will place on-site staff 24 hours per day to ensure full system functionality, reliability, and safe operation.

Any modifications or alterations which may be required will be conducted on-site immediately with no interruption to system performance or additional cost outside of what is dictated in the maintenance contract.

Once system reliability is established, a full maintenance and emergency response crew will be situated within 30 minutes of the project site

This response time may be specific to the maintenance contract, as you may need continuous on-site crews depending on your energy application and the complexity of the project.

Green-First Technologies Inc. is dedicated to transforming your renewable energy initiatives into reality.
